Zero Tolerance for CSAE

NomadSquad has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any user found to be producing, distributing, or soliciting such material will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

Age Verification & Minimum Age

NomadSquad is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We collect date of birth at registration and use automated checks to block underage sign-ups. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated without notice and reported where legally required.

User Reporting Tools

Every profile and message in the app contains a Report button. Reports are triaged by our trust-and-safety team within 24 hours. Any report involving a potential minor or CSAE content is escalated immediately and handled as a priority case.

Proactive Detection

We use automated systems to detect and remove prohibited content before it reaches other users. Detected CSAE content is preserved as evidence and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and to equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

NomadSquad cooperates fully and promptly with law enforcement investigations involving child safety. We preserve relevant account data upon receipt of a lawful request and designate a point of contact to liaise with investigators without delay.
